June Paddle Social - Cedar Creek

Location DNR Public Access Site off SR 1 - nearest address is 9600 St. Joseph Street, Leo, IN 46765

The June Paddle Social with Northeast Indiana Water Trails (NEIWT) will take place on the beautiful Cedar Creek with Board Member and Aquatic Biologist, Paul DeRolf. We will start at the DNR public access site off SR1 in Leo, where Paul will share some insights into the fish and bugs that call Cedar Creek home.  We will push off immediately following the creature chat and enjoy the Cedar Creek and St. Joseph Rivers to either the Mayhew Bridge DNR public access site or the boat launch at Shoaff Park for a longer paddle.

Boats will not be available, so plan on bringing your own. Transportation is available.

While the paddle is free, please register using the following link to help us plan: https://forms.gle/GnDBcvhozNbHnBWw5. Registration will also allow us to keep you posted on any changes to the paddle due to weather and help us plan for shuttling paddlers.
